Hildegard and Blaise is offering Beginner’s Soapmaking Classes on  Thursday, August 16th and Thursday, September 13th at 6:30pm!

Learn how to make cold process soap from scratch (oils and lye) from a certified soap maker. Make skin loving soap for yourself and be able to make amazing gifts as well. (Class age starts at 16 due to the fact that we will be working with lye.)

You will leave with:
A silicone lined wooden soap mold
A loaf of soap you can take home and cut into individual soaps (8)
The ability to make soap in the future
An instruction booklet as well as listing of where to buy supplies (I will show you how to get all your supplies from your local stores)
Tips and Tricks I have learned over the years
The confidence to continue on with soap making in the future and tips on adjusting recipes, etc.
References for soap making books, videos, etc.

Class participants will receive a 15% discount on any store purchases the day of the class.

If you would like to bring some wine you are welcome to – snacks will be provided.
