Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga and is the art of daily living. Ayurveda teaches that each of us has a specific elemental makeup that is unique. We are perfect in our own way and mental, physical, and emotional sickness and disease occur when we forget and live in ways that keep us imbalanced. In this three part series you will:
Session One Friday February 21st Learn about your elemental breakdown (Dosha). You will leave with a new awareness of when your Dosha is in balance or aggravated and steps you can take to get back in balance.
Session Two Friday February 28th Learn how food is medicine and how what you eat impacts your Dosha. You will leave with a new awareness what your food cravings mean and how they can be tools to help you create greater vitality in your life.
Session Three Friday March 6th Learn about the Ayurvedic clock and how different times of the day, seasons, and times of your life impact your Dosha. You will leave with a list of daily rituals and a self care routine you can implement in your every day life to set yourself up for success.
Investment: $99 for all three sessions, $45 drop in
