This class is tailored especially for 5th to 8th graders and will be a fun and non-competitive space to learn and explore the practices of vinyasa yoga. The class will be based on the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Journey Into Power Sequence and you will be led through a yoga class that incorporates asana (yoga poses), meditation, and self-inquiry. This is a great opportunity connect with yourself and others and tap into our own inner power!
